Can the Quality of these Courses be Guaranteed?
Our coaching programme is overseen by Susan Beirne, L.T.A Professional Coach and B.T.C.A member. Susan has been coaching for many years both in the UK and abroad and during this time has run many courses in Spain and in particular at La Manga Club. Susan is well known at La Manga (her and her husband John actually have a terrace at the Tennis Centre namend after them!) and they work closely with the resident Spanish coaches and management team.
Do I Need to Book Through Tennis Holidays to Join a Course?
Yes, these courses are exclusive to Tennis Holidays and are not available to book through any other company.
Can You Guarantee the Standard of Other Players on these Special Weeks?
We cater for improvers and intermediate players on the weeks that Susan, Charles and Sarah coach, whilst on Jo and Alan's week we ask that all players are of a good Club or advanced level. Players attending one of our 'social tennis and tournament' weeks run by tend to play tennis regularly in the UK, but are of varying standards.
Within each group these is always a split of male / female, solo travellers and couples and some variety in the standard to which players perform - we find that this adds variety to the week without interfering with the high quality of coaching on offer. These weeks are particularly popular with those travelling on their own as there tends to be a good social element to these trips.
Do We Need to Book Accommodation through Tennis Holidays to Join one of These Courses?
We do ask that you book accommodation and transfers or car hire through us (at our competitive rates of course!), although if own your own property at La Manga Club then you are welcome to join us for an additional £25 per person administration fee on top of the prices shown above.
